Principal of RSM Federal (www.rsmfederal.com), Mr. Frank is author of The Government Sales Manual, one of the most comprehensive and educational resources on the market for small business government sales. Since 2003, the manual has helped small businesses win hundreds of government contracts.
Mr. Frank also serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis Veterans Business Resource Center (VBRC). In this role, Mr. Frank provides oversight, mentorship, and recommends operational strategy in support of the Center.
An avid outdoor enthusiast and Boy Scout leader, Joshua lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife and two children. A former Military Intelligence Officer, he is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in English and graduate degrees in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Webster University Walker School of Business.

Author and senior consultant, Michael is one of only 50 business advisors worldwide trained to work with Tony Robbins and Chet Holms as a certified Business Mastery Coach. He has been consulting and mentoring small, mid-tier, and large business for over 10 years, successfully designing and facilitating business strategies to accelerate client revenue in both private and public sectors.
With superb interpersonal skills, he specializes in understanding a client's business objectives and facilitating the necessary capture, sales, marketing, and operational activities necessary to achieve growth in both commercial and government markets. Michael brings an extensive and diverse corporate consulting background that provides RSM Federal clients with a wealth of knowledge and expertise for small and large companies.
Prior to RSM Federal, Michael successfully managed his own coaching and consulting firm. Earlier, he served as the Director of Sales for a National collaborative technology firm. Michael has an extensive background not only in what it takes to grow a company, but a strong background in Defense and Federal agency acquisition.
Christopher Weiss, Regional Vice President
Mr. Weiss brings a strong and diverse background in client relations and front-end sales to RSM Federal. Chris has worked as a GSA Schedule contract consultant for more than 8 years and as a sales manager for a Fortune 500 company for another six years. He specializes in business development, sales, and finance.
Bobby W Jones, Senior Consultant
Mr. Jones retired from the United States Army as a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) with more than 25 years experience as a career intelligence officer. A senior consultant, Mr. Jones provides RSM Federal clients with extensive knowledge on federal and Defense acquisition strategy. With strong technical, management, and leadership skills, Mr. Jones provides RSM Federal clients with operational guidance impacting business strategy, capture management, development of sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, and corporate operations.
Mr. Jones lives in Fort Leavenworth, KS with his wife. He holds degrees from both Austin State University and the University of Central Texas.
Lisa Thompson, Senior Associate
Ms. Thompson specializes in full lifecycle proposal management with a focus on integrating proposal activities within the overall capture and business development process. A highly successful professional with more than 20 years of experience, she brings a wealth of experience to RSM Federal supporting proposal management, technical documentation, business development, strategic analysis, marketing/advertising, and program/project management supporting public sector opportunities.
